What's New

Utility Members now have access to the ticket search feature built into the dashboard. They can search through all their tickets since the cutover to Pelican, or they can draw a polygon on a map and search a specific area. From there, they can filter on any given field in the ticket data and export results as a csv, xlsx, or pdf file.
